Your account and use of Amia
You must have legal capacity to agree to these Terms and be at least 18 years old. Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us promptly if someone uses your account without permission. If you use Amia for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.
Use Amia only for lawful purposes and with permission to access the accounts, devices, files, and services involved. Do not use it to defraud or harm others, distribute malware, obtain unauthorized access, infringe rights, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for reviewing consequential actions before authorizing them.
When an AI answers you
I agree that Amia may send my prompts and the files, images, audio, and other context included with my request to the AI provider identified for that request to generate a response.
Amia can use third-party AI services to carry out your requests. The model or feature you use determines which provider receives the content needed for that request. Review the provider information and data-sharing choices presented before use. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable; check it before relying on it, especially for decisions with legal, medical, financial, or safety consequences.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize Amia to process and transmit it as necessary to provide the functions you request, subject to the Privacy notice and your applicable permissions. Do not submit content you are not entitled to share. We do not promise that AI output is unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party rights.
Prices, subscriptions, and credit
The purchase screen shows the price, currency, included allowance or credit, and any renewal terms before you pay. Web prices are in US dollars. App Store and Google Play prices may differ. Your purchase is governed by the terms shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew at the displayed interval unless canceled before renewal. Manage a web subscription through Amia's billing controls; manage App Store or Google Play subscriptions through that store. You can cancel anytime: the plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and the rest of that period is not prorated.
Usage draws on included allowances or purchased credit. Amia shows what a request will cost as an estimate, and charges its actual cost. Some operations may reserve an amount while they are running. Credit you have not used expires after two years with no activity on your account, and we email you before it does. Any automatic reload requires your separate authorization and the limits shown when you enable it.
Refunds
Unused credit: ask within 30 days of purchase and we refund the part you haven’t used. Used credit can’t be refunded. Plans: cancel anytime; the plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Purchases made through Apple or Google are refunded by Apple or Google under their rules.
We will assess a refund request under the purchase terms and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund, withdrawal, warranty, or other right that applicable law requires.
Refunds through Apple. If you ask Apple to refund something you bought in Amia through the App Store, Apple may ask Amia about that purchase. You agree that Amia may then tell Apple facts about your purchases and your use of Amia: how long you have had your account, what you have bought and had refunded, how much of a purchase you used, and whether it was delivered. Amia never tells Apple what you wrote, said or made.
Service changes and responsibility
We may change features or suspend access where reasonably needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and how to contact us. Paid-service changes, refunds, and termination remain subject to applicable consumer rights.
Amia is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accurate AI results. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid Amia in the 12 months before your claim. This does not limit obligations or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We will identify the effective date of material changes to these Terms and provide notice or seek renewed agreement where required. These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you have a dispute with us, write to support@amia.to first; if it is not resolved there, it goes to the competent courts of Vietnam. Applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
